Other sources say multiple people have been shot.

University police are responding to an active shooter in Beam Hall at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, according to the university. There was an additional report of shots fired at the student union, university police said.

and it seems it is being reported the shooter is now deceased.

Lookner is live now.
I was watching his chat and someone said per the police scanner there is 28 people shot and the suspect is now dead.
Just hearsay but we’ll see how it turns out

and now there is a second scene? Very confusing.

Why would they say one suspect dead instead of simply suspect?

Las Vegas police say one suspect located deceased in shooting at UNLV

Lookner says now they have stopped flights into the airport there.
I wonder why they would stop flights if this guy is dead or why they would stop flights at all?

Weird.

If true, they are really slow walking the numbers on TV and social media.

Also, why shut down the airport there?
Any word on why they did that?

I haven't heard anything about the airport I still see plans landing about all I know

They did the same thing with Mandalay Bay the media hear goes silent for a long time when something happens

Fox says 3 dead, unknown injured, shooter is dead, area is safe.

Flightradar24 shows inbound and outbound flights so if there was a shutdown, it must have been lifted.

This is a strange story. Reports of 20+ dead and now, as DB posted, it's three. I'd like to know more about the shooter. If the story goes quiet, that will be telling.

This is another reoccuring theme with these shootings.


Everytime.

I read that they did clear airspace and stopped outbound flights. May have just delayed them.

I have not heard an accurate count. 5-8 wounded, no dead except the shooter.

If the shooter could be exploited we would have a name.

Prayers for any affected.

Dead report no idea IV heard everything from 0-20

Now just a single suspect but it was up to 4 and multiple locations

Honestly this is the same kinda thing I heard with paddock multiple locations/shooters off dead count so I'm not really surprised as per usual hear we will never know
