Over 3 years after the 2020 election a grand jury in Arizona has decided to indict the alternative electors that sought to bring forth evidence of election fraud and asked Congress to allow States to have additional time to review their election results, which in some cases should have arguably never been certified.

Meadows, Giuliani among indicted in Arizona in latest 2020 election subversion case

Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes, a Democrat, announced the indictment Wednesday night, focusing on the 11 individuals who acted as pro-Trump electors in the state. The names of several other indicted defendants remain redacted, Mayes said in a statement Wednesday, until those people have been served.

“A state grand jury made up of everyday regular Arizonans, has now handed down felony indictments for all 11 Republican electors as well as several others connected to this scheme,” Mayes said. “These are serious indictments, but this is the first hurdle the state must pass in our constitutional criminal justice system. We intend to prove these crimes were committed beyond a reasonable doubt.”

While Trump is not among those charged in Arizona, the details in the indictment suggest he is “Unindicted Coconspirator 1.”

The indictment in Arizona includes nine counts, from conspiracy and forgery to engaging in fraudulent schemes. Because the indictment remains partially redacted, it is unclear what charges Trump allies such as Meadows, Epshteyn and Giuliani face.

“In Arizona, and the United States, the people elected Joseph Biden as President on November 3, 2020,” the indictment reads. “Unwilling to accept this fact, Defendants and unindicted coconspirators schemed to prevent the lawful transfer of the presidency to keep Unindicted Coconspirator 1 in office against the will of Arizona’s voters.”

Well, I would say that last statement confirms that Trump is co-conspirator 1.

This argument is super weak and relies on assumptions of fact and presumptions of guilt.

The scheme, according to the indictment, called for the fake electors to fraudulently vote for Trump, “falsely claiming to be the duly elected and qualified Electors for President and Vice President of the United States from the State of Arizona.”

“Defendants deceived the citizens of Arizona by falsely claiming that those votes were contingent only on a legal challenge that would change the outcome of the election,” the indictment continues. “In reality, Defendants intended that their false votes for Trump-Pence would encourage Pence to reject the Biden-Harris votes on January 6, 2021, regardless of the outcome of the legal challenge.”

The law allows for States to contest their electors and there's a history of it.

The 2020 Presidential election results along with massive amounts of evidence of irregularities, malfeasance, and systematic fraud from some swing states was so questionable and concerning, that 6 swing States had planned on contesting their electors on January 6th 2021.

Only one State succeeded before the Capitol was breached, and that was Arizona. Arizona also summited over 1,000 pieces of election evidence that I hope will be made available in this Arizona case, because I doubt Congress has done anything with it.

The remaining 5 States were dissuaded from contesting their electors by the day's events and from their peers, not to mention the fact that each contest triggers two hours of debate, "ain't nobody got time for that".

Watch Arizona contest their electors around the 1:25:00 time of this video:

The timing of this alone, suggest that this case is a case of election interference.

that will be a great speech to pull up if for some reason it's found that the Georgia election was not legit. Then others can be questioned in the same light. Currently, to question the election is a crime punishable by public humiliation. You will be labeled an election denier and told you are crazy, even though a fairly large portion of the public believes fraud did occur and was not caught. The MSM is driving public opinion due to them being overwhelmingly mouthpieces of the democratic party.

Basically it seems there is no official mechanism to check if voter fraud occured, thats what caused all of this. The FBI or DOJ probably shouldve investigated it, but since theyre one political parties lapdog they did nothing. Or they did they helped Democrats with their nation wide political witchhunt against Republicans.

Sooooooo, more cheating by the Republicans.

Allegedly, that is. LOL!

there are always elections coming up. the saying “this is only happening because there are elections coming up” also haunts the forums in germany, but in relation to our partly right-wing extremist party AFD, in whose ranks some members are currently accused of espionage and treason (for russia and china) or incitement to hatred. and we have state elections coming up in saxony.

It is clear that Lex Luthor is innocent and the rightful President of the USA.

The Justice League are all suffering from 'Luthor Derangement Syndrome' as they keep trying to stop Luthor's plans.

I would guess that these indictments demonstrate that there clearly was election fraud.

The fraud was against the long-established and Constitutionally mandated electoral process.

But there is process to check for voter fraud. In several elections in the past, they have found and prosecuted some people who tried, but it isn't very prevalent, because they check for it, and prosecute.

Electoral Fraud - Ballotopedia

This one, however, was bigger, and a bit more complex than just voter fraud. They were trying to set up an entire fake/alternative 'shadow' electoral process - just the same way kids do in their civics classes. However, these people were trying to say that their fake one was legitimate, to usurp the real thing.

In history, we have often seen democracies fall to tyrannical dictatorships and emperors. A recent example is that of Putin pushing for, and getting, lifetime extensions of the Russian Federation's Constitutional term limits.

The Winchester system of Government and the US Constitutional system of government both seem to have been particularly resistant to the historical 'fall into tyrannical dictatorship', but that doesn't stop some people from trying it on.

With the fall of the US system to becoming a media based popularity contest, I imagine such challenges to the established system to increase in the future, and the US will likely end up under a dictatorship.

But I'm sure that their dictator (whomever they may be) will 'wave the flag' a lot (they always do).

It's quite obviously what it is. They're in a panic about Biden's numbers in Arizona.

Look for more cases coming in the other battleground states. They'll charge anyone with anything to try to beat the "Trump & Co are a danger to democracy" drum, since that's all they have.

..... Currently, to question the election is a crime punishable by public humiliation. You will be labeled an election denier and told you are crazy, even though a fairly large portion of the public believes fraud did occur and was not caught. .....

The reason election denial as it relates to the 2020 elections deserves public humiliation is because it is so obviously an unfounded belief based on no actual knowledge. Any idiot can believe anything that they find convenient or pleasant to believe if they never subject their beliefs to any reality testing, and many do. What makes this particular belief especially laughable is the fact that it was so obviously concocted by a pathological liar and repeated endlessly for the obvious and specific purpose of producing a desired response in a target population, of which you are apparently a part. That target population is, of course, Trump's base. People laugh at Trump supporters being endlessly hopeful about finding the missing evidence for the 2020 elections not being legit for the same reason they laugh at a cat chasing a laser spot.

And this is in spite of people like you apparently being otherwise intelligent.

Here's what Trump (the aforementioned pathological liar) actually knew to be true about a month after the 2020 election:

"In November 2020, former President Donald Trump asserted that voter fraud had altered the outcome of the 2020 presidential election. The day after the election, his campaign hired an expert in voter data to attempt to prove Trump’s allegations and put him back in the White House.

I am the expert [Ken Block] who was hired by the Trump campaign.

The findings of my company’s in-depth analysis are detailed in the depositions taken by the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol. The transcripts show that the campaign found no evidence of voter fraud sufficient to change the outcome of any election. That message was communicated directly to White House chief of staff Mark Meadows.

Our findings have also been subpoenaed by special counsel Jack Smith’s federal investigation and Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ investigation in Georgia. Those emails and documents show that the voter data available to the campaign contained no evidence of large-scale voter fraud based on data mining and fraud analytics.

More important, claims of voter fraud made by others were verified as false, including proof of why those claims were disproven.

And yet, the cries that the election was lost or stolen due to voter fraud continue with no sign of stopping. Whether a stump speech, outrageous lawsuits like the so-called Kraken cases filed by Sidney Powell, Rudy Giuliani’s lies or the ongoing misguided efforts of people determined to prove the election was stolen, the constant drumbeat hardens people’s hearts and minds to the truth about the 2020 election.

www.usatoday.com...

What makes this even MORE laughable is that this is not the first time Trump has worked this con. Whenever he loses an election he uses the old election fraud excuse. After winning the Presidency in 2016 in the electoral college but losing the popular vote to Hilary, Trump set up a commission full of Trump worshippers as soon as he got into the White House to prove that HE really won the popular vote and that Hilary's win was the result of voter fraud. After about 8 or 10 months of meetings, the commission (predictably) came to the conclusion that there was zero evidence for enough voter fraud to swing the election, and then disbanded.

Trump is already spooling up his claims that the 2024 election will be rigged for when he might lose that one too.

I guess he figures he can count on you to chase that laser spot again.

They had plenty of time to setup this thing after the elections. The script was carefully crafted with many variables. Now we have the final release in this Season1, Episode1. 😀

The people of Arizona (allegedly) chose RABIDLY LIBERAL DEMOCRATS for their GOVERNOR and for their ATTORNEY GENERAL, in November of 2022.

It's possible the 2022 Arizona election was rigged. We'll know for sure, if Donald Trump is elected President and his DOJ investigates.

WATCH: “We Absolutely Have to Get President Biden Reelected” – Leftist Arizona AG Kris Mayes Says The Quiet Part Out Loud Before Announcing Grand Jury Indictment Against Trump 2020 Alternate Electors

Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes said the quiet part out loud late last month before announcing that 18 individuals were indicted by an Arizona grand jury in the latest election interference witch hunt against President Trump and his allies.

While speaking about abortion with MSNBC three weeks ago and claiming that Republicans will enact a federal abortion ban, Kris Mayes declared, “We absolutely have to get President Biden reelected.”

However, as The Gateway Pundit reported, Kris Mayes, who stole her election from Republican Abe Hamadeh by 280 votes, announced the charges on Wednesday afternoon for the non-crime of questioning an election. She defended her witch hunt and the curious timing of the indictment – just months before the 2024 general election.

I can see why Gateway Pundit is going bankrupt. They're not being charged for questioning the election. They're being charged for planning to and submitting false paperwork to the federal government in an attempt to defraud the people of Arizona of their votes.

So you can independently verify beyond a shadow of a doubt that all the ballots cast in each state were from actual registered voters, with actual real addresses, and signature verification was authenticated?

Because of Covid, things were relaxed, rules were paused. Now the law states that the actuall ballots have to remain availible if an audit was to take place, so perhaps when someone actually wants to look, they will. And it's entirely possible that my thinking that the election was ripe with fraud is unfounded. Maybe I'm wrong. But maybe you are wrong. Maybe those who would look into this were the same ones who had a vested interest in NOT allowing another Trump term. One way to find out, is to do a deep dive audit. And since those in charge have NO desire to do that, folks like you will have to deal with folks like me. Put in your big girl panties and understand that what you have been told to think and say, may be wrong.

eta:
And Trump doesn't even factor into any of this other than he was the opposing candidate. This is about the election of 2020, the voters of the United States, and the system used to facilitate that vote. While you have been programmed to react as you have, those of us who think, think there may be something wrong in all of this. And making sure the next election is fair should be important to everyone. Even DERP democrats.

So you are thinking that the 18 defendents somehow didn't follow the alternate elector procedure laws properly?

I'm thinking that this is a case of lawfare that hopes to influence voters before an election while also serving to intimidate anyone who may think of exposing corrupt Arizona government officials or their tampered elections.

There's no such thing as alternate electors laws. Please point out anywhere in the Arizona Constitution where it mentions alternate electors.
