BIDEN Admin - Mortgage Discounts Will Shift From Good Credit Borrowers to Bad Credit Borrowers.

For those who are new to this country, U.S. Liberals believe those who work hard and live smart, should be forced to help those who do not live smart. President Joe Biden's Administration takes this political philosophy to its extreme.

LATEST EXAMPLE: To help people with lower credit scores afford to buy a home, people with good credit scores will be financially punished.

"They’re just maybe going to lose out on a very small discount that they might have had six to eight months ago with the old pricing grid," he explained.

Those with good credit scores "Just Maybe" could miss a "Very Small" cash savings.

Over the years, that up-front discount on the loan yields significant savings in mortgage payments.

But thanks to the JOE BIDEN Administration, that up-front discount is going away for those who have a Good to Excellent credit rating.

In 2020, American Citizens Elected LIBERAL DEMOCRATS to control how America's government, and business, and military operates.

Maybe this change to how home mortgages will be doled out is one of the changes Americans wanted.

While he's nowhere near as smart, Biden reminds of today's engineers that design engine bays in automobiles. If you ever try to work on them, you know damn good and well the designing engineers have never been under an engine or worked on one.

In this case, Biden has probably never had a mortgage. He's been living off of America for 50 years and probably always paid cash.

You're right! I think one of the Biden family properties were purchased by Communist Chinese, in return for classified information and policy decisions he provided them.

Socialism at its finest, we are already into full socialist state, soon we will have to pay with extra taxes when the bad credit people decided to default on their mortgages, you know soo they can keep their houses while we lose ours.

I say this summer. Have you seen what companies are leaving California. If it weren't for kickbacks of some sort, Disney most likely would just close up too.

The way things are looking you might not have to wait until the end of the month…

I already (and a lot of others as well) pulled all of my money out of my 401k… there’s a lot of reasons why but policy decisions by this government are already making us look wise and between housing and the banking collapses don’t bode well for those that stay in…

just got a pre-approval done and when I asked the credit union about this rule they said it is not in place and probably wont make it past the first judicial challenge.
